There are a number of cars some might call perfect. Take the BMW M3 for instance. Certainly our favorite Bavarian has its flaws, but in theory, it might be the perfect car. Ample power, impressive handling, room for four, and an aftermarket saturated with go-fast goodies. But is that perfection? Should we settle for something so obtainable, so ordinary? So if that is the standard by which automotive perfection is to be measured, the McLaren F1 is the perfect car. Powered by a 6.1 liter V12 and capable of more than 240mph, Gordan Murray's centered seated monster is, in my opinion, the perfect combination of exclusivity and excessive performance.
