BTCC driver Paul O'Neill has put pen to paper on a new deal for this year that will see the 30 year old stay with Tech-Speed Motorsport for the 2010 Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship.
The popular Englishman from Northampton will once more pilot a BTCC-spec Honda Integra during the course of the new season. Speaking to official BTCC website btcc.net O'Neill commented “I can't wait for the new season to come as I genuinely believe we've got a chance of a big result in the first round at Thruxton. It's a circuit where the Integra has always been very strong plus we came close to a win there last year in my first race back and I was still a bit rusty. I was lifting in places which, now I know the car better, I know I should have been taking flat."
“I think we can take a win at at the first round, I really do. If we don't have a podium, I'll be gutted.”
The new BTCC season kicks off at the airfield circuit of Thruxton on April 3rd-4th
