Reports in the German press namely Bild and Focus are now suggesting that 7 times F1 champion Michael Schumacher is about to sign a sensational one year comeback deal with Mercedes GP.

The deal is rumoured to be worth $7,000,000 million dollars and Mercedes will also try to persuade him to become an "Ambassador" for the German auto giant.
Schumacher's spokeswoman Sabine Kehm refused to comment on whether he would compete for one final year when questioned by the Deutsche Press Agency.

Man, these rumors are persistent! We'll see what happens, but it seems like it would take a giant tectonic shift to get Schumi to leave Ferrari altogether. Who knows though? It would make for an interesting year of F1!
