The AmD Milltek Racing VW Golf that is set to debut in this years Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship hit the track for the first time at Brands Hatch today.

During the winter months the Golf has been completely stripped down to a bare shell and reassembled with the various modifications needed to adhere to the Super 2000 regulations.
“Everything that could be done to it has been done to it, said Shaun Hollamby who will be making his own BTCC debut during 2010. The 44 year old added "The support we’ve also received from everyone inside the BTCC has been brilliant – no looking down noses at us, just fantastic advice and encouragement all the way."
The team were delighted to have got the first shakedown test under their belts and are looking forward to further testing before making their BTCC race debut at Thruxton on April3rd/4th.
