NEWS // KIMI RAIKKONEN TO RACE @ LE MANS IN 2010

We just recevied word that Formula One World Champion, Kimi Raikkonen, will pilot the Red Bull sponsored Peugeot 908 HDi during the 2010 24 Hours of Le Mans. Additionally, if the rumors are true, the driver linup for Red Bull’s Le Mans effort could include Sebastien Loeb and perhaps David Coulthard, making for a rather interesting test of endurance.

Also of interest is the return of BMW to Le Mans, as the Bavarian auto manufacturer will have a factory team at the Circuit de la Sarthe for the first time in ten years. According to reports, BMW will enter a pair of factory backed GT2 M3s as well as an all new GT3 class Z4 // [comment]
