In what can only be described as the biggest on-off story of the last few months, it is now official, Michael Schumacher will return to Formula One in 2010.

The short term contract is reported to be worth €7,000,000 (roughly $10,000,000) to Schumacher who officially signed the deal at Mercedes headquarters in Stuttgart today.
Following weeks of speculation, the German will now be lining up on the grid in Bahrain on March 14th, starting a quest for his eighth world title.

ReplyDeletePersonally I don't think it is a big risk for him, knowing him he will have assessed the risk already,if the car's not up to it then what has he lost? I am sure if the car (now with bucket loads of cash to help)is ok then it could well be very interesting.
