NEWS // FIA ANNOUNCES 2010 WTCC CALENDAR

The World Touring Car Championship calendar for 2010 was announced today and sees the French round dropped from the schedule and at least two new venues added to the series. Belgium makes a return to the calendar with round five set to take place at the ex-F1 circuit of Zolder, next June.  The venue for the Italian round is as yet to be decided and with the street race in Porto only taking place every other year, next years Portuguese race will visit the all new circuit at Portimao in the Algarve... 2010 will see twelve races over four continents. Brands Hatch again hosts the UK event on the full GP circuit, while the traditional end of season race at the fabulous Macau street circuit is also again included.
