Ahead of its scheduled appearance at the Frankfurt Auto Show, Mercedes-Benz has just released images of their all new 2011 SLS AMG. Powered by a 536hp 6.3L V8, the SLS AMG will feature gullwing doors similar to the iconic 300SL, will run to sixty in 3.7 seconds and has a top speed rated at 197mph. maybe it's just the red- but i got a really strong alpha and ferrari vibe at first glance. beautiful!
ReplyDeleteSome of the lines remind me a lot of the 599GTB, but I'm really digging the originality. Mercedes is doing something very right in producing this car. I'm curious if they'll offer a manual, a first for an AMG in a very long time....that would be something very special.

Unforgettable design but Chean is right...the red makes it seem
like a Ferrari design. Come 2011 Im sure Munich will have
