TUNED BY NISMO // NISSAN'S NEW 370Z S-TUNE

Shortly after Nissan introduced us to their new two-door sports car (though a mild aesthetic improvement over it predecessor we might add), the boys at Nismo had a go at it. Carbon this, aluminium that, bigger here, lighter there. They call it tuning, and what you are left with is a body-kit clad, massive exhaust wearing, mildly tuned version of a mildly updated car. Right? Well sort of. Nismo is famous for making the good, a bit better (example), however, in our humble opinion, they seem to have lost their way (example). So with news of a Nismo 'S-Tune Package' for the new 370Z, we were anything but thrilled, and for good reason. Surely the Nismo edition 370Z will provide endless thrills, decent lap times and an otherwise reasonable investment, but we can’t help but note just how ugly it is.
