RUMOR(S) // PORSCHE WILL RETURN TO FORMULA ONE?

Rumor has it that Porsche might return to Formula One thanks in part to new FIA rules regarding turbocharged powerplants. The new regulations are scheduled to go into effect in 2013 and according to Porsche’s new CEO Matthias Mueller, Volkswagen wants to enter either Porsche or Audi into the FIA Formula One World Championship, while allowing the other car maker to pursue another racing series. And seeing as how Audi has been rather successful in Le Mans Series racing these past few years, we'd guess the brass at VW would look to Stuttgart for their F1 effort.
