NEWS // FORD TO RACE F-150 ECO BOOST IN BAJA 1000

Ford has just announced they will campaign a EcoBoost powered 2011 Ford F-150 in this years Tecate SCORE Baja 1000. Eager to convince potential buyers that their twin-turbo 3.5-liter V6 powerplant is on par with the V8s found in most F-150s, Ford will use the same engine that will power their Baja racer to haul logs for an Oregon lumber company, then tow a pair of Sprint Cup Ford Fusions for 24 hours around the Homestead-Miami Speedway before heading to Baja.
