Shortly after Chrysler announced they would no longer produce the current generation of the Dodge Viper, rumor of an spec-Viper racing series started circulating the blogosphere. Well, as it turns out, the rumors were right, with the first race of the all-new Dodge Viper Cup taking place this past weekend at Virginia International Raceway. Ben Keating led the first race on Saturday from pole to podium with a Viper ACR-X wearing the same livery as the BMW M3 GT2 art car that competed at this years 24 Hours of Le Mans.
