NEWS // BLOCK & RAIKKONEN BATTLE @ WRC PORTUGAL

Monster World Rally Team's Ken Block faced off against former F1 World Champion turned WRC competitor, Kimi Raikkonen, at the Algarve Stadium during a Super Special Stage of this years Rally Portugal. The two rookies (relatively speaking) line up to do battle: Block in his Ford Focus RS WRC, Raikkonen in his Citroen C4 WRC. As the green flag waved, the two took off, negotiating the tight turns and narrow straights that make up the stadium circuit. As they made their way around the 1km course for the second time, the two briefly traded the lead on their way to a photo finish - tied at 2:11.0, exactly.
