NEWS // ROSSI COLLECTS FIRST GP3 VICTORY

American Alexander Rossi collected his first GP3 victory of the season, finishing 10.53 seconds ahead of his nearest rival in the first race of the 2010 season at the Circuit de Catylunya in Barcelona, Spain. Having qualified 28th on Saturday, Rossi powered his way through the field in Race 1 and was able to finish eighth, which gave him pole position for Sunday's Race 2. Following a delay caused by Michael Christensen failing to find his grid spot, Rossi pulled away from the field and never looked back, finishing ahead of Lucas Foresti and his ART Grand Prix teammate Esteban Gutierrez.
