Dale Earnhardt Jr., apparently a big fan of previous Polyphony Digital titles, suggested to Blake Davidson, NASCAR's managing director of licensed products, that he speak with the Japanese game developer to see if they might incorporate America's favorite form of racing into their forthcoming title, Grand Turismo 5.
Well, it appears Earnhardt's suggestion did not fall on deaf ears. In the video featured above, watch as Kazunori Yamauchi, CEO of Polyphony Digital, visits Texas Motor Speedway for a NASCAR race and discusses the incorporation of NASCAR into GT5 // [comment]

oh great, so are they going ot delay GT5 another year to take the wing off and put the spoiler back on? :)
