NEWS // ASTON MARTING RACING RETURNS TO SEBRING

Aston Martin Racing’s entry to this years 58th Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring, will be the first time the team has competed at the famed Florid circuit since 1983.

That year, Reggie Smith Jr., Lynn St. James and Drake Olson shared driving duties in the Nimrod-Aston Martin C2 prototype, and helped Aston Martin Racing take third in the GTP class and fifth overall. For the 2010 season, Adrian Fernandez, Stefan Mücke, Harold Primat and Chris Buncombe are slated to drive the car, beginning with next week's annual Sebring Winter Test.

So with AMRs return to North American endurance racing comes the question: how will the Aston Martin-powered Lola coupe fare against the likes of Acura, Audi, and Peugeot when the green flag waves at Sebring?

  1. I thought Audi was wussing out on Sebring because Peugeot insisted that they follow the rules...
