The image comes courtesy of Racecar Engineering, who at some point over the weekend visited the USF1 Team headquarters in North Carolina. Aside from the rendering and the Cosworth CA2010 engine which was on display, the editorial team at Racecar Engineering was not able to disclose any further information except that the 2010 USF1 car will not be covered in a patriotic livery like many feared.
