NEWS // RISI COMPETIZIONE ANNOUNCES 2010 DRIVER LINEUP

Looking to reclaim the GT2 title in this years American Le Mans Series, Risi Competizione has announced that Jaime Melo and Gianmaria Bruni will drive their Ferrari F430 GT when the 2010 ALMS season kicks off this March.

The pair, who had previously teamed up to help Ferrari secure a victory at the 2008 24 Hours of Le Mans, will once again share driving duties in a Ferrari F430 GT, this time competing against the likes of Flying Lizard Motorsports, BMW Rahal Letterman Racing, Farnbacher Loles and the all-new GT2 class Corvette of Corvette Racing... In regard to their 2010 ALMS effort, Giuseppe Risi, team principal said: “I'm delighted to be able to secure two such talented drivers and, together with Ferrari SpA, we have just one aim in mind: to reclaim the American Le Mans Series championship titles. Jaime is very much part of the Risi family, and we are sure that Gianmaria's extremely successful couple of seasons in Europe will transfer to the United States." Risi went on to say, “This will be our fifth and final season with the F430 GT and, while we are all very much looking forward to the introduction of the new Ferrari 458 in the future, we want to close this particular chapter of the 430 book with style; by winning.”
