Autosport recently conducted a poll of more than 200 Formula One drivers, asking each who they thought the greatest F1 driver of all time was. After completing their survey, Autosport has since released a list of the top 40 F1 driver's of all time, with Brazilian Ayrton Senna taking the top spot.   1. Proof that these lists can never be taken seriously is the fact that Vettel is on it. While he is a good driver he has not been around long enough to make it into the top 40, let alone in front of drivers who have won the World Championship.

  3. I do have to question Vettel's place as well as Hamilton's. I mean, I like both of them, but shouldn't a semi-lenghty career have *some* say on this list? Senna and Clark both had nearly 10 years under their belts and we consider them to have been taken away from us at the height of their talents...
