NEWS // RAIKKONEN'S MCLAREN OPTION

Speculation linking Kimi Raikkonen to a return to McLaren has increased after the Finn's management team were seen visiting the team's Woking base.

Raikkonen has previously stated that he is only interested in an F1 seat that would provide him with the chance to fight for race victorys and a second championship crown with McLaren appearing to be the best option of those drives still available for 2010.

The 2007 champion is believed to be just one of a number of possible options for the team, with current champion Jenson Button having been also linked with the drive and the suggestion that Heikki Kovalainen could yet retain his seat despite a very difficult season this year with the Woking outfit.
