Reiging World Rally Champion Sebastien Loeb was seen testing a GP2 car at the Jerez Circuit in Spain earlier this week. The five-time WRC title winner drove the DPR GP2 car in what appears to be an acclamation session ahead of a possible start for Torro Rosso at the F1 season finale in Abu Dhabi. Of the 25 drivers on track, Loeb finished dead last with a 1:28.114 lap time, some 2.2 seconds off the fastest time of the day set by Marcus Ericcson in the title-winning ART car.
