MotoGP // MALAYSIAN GRAND PRIX - DAY 1

What makes a successful Grand Prix team? Well, there's many factor to be considered, but one of the most important element of it rarely gets the attention or credit that they deserved. These are the men that work behind the scene, that gets their hands dirty in preparation for the race weekend. These are the men that works very hard day and night to ensure that the riders will be well equipped when it matters most, on the race track.

On Thursday, there wasn't much activity around the pit and paddock area, as teams prefer to work behind closed garage, away from the attention of the media and press.
