QUALIFYING REPORT // LE MANS SERIES FINALE @ SILVERSTONE

Oreca's Nicolas Lappiere will start the 1000km of Silverstone from pole position, setting a time nearly a second faster than his fellow front row start Stefan Mucke for Aston Martin. In LMP2, Zytek's Olivier Pla will start from pole having dominated the class all weekend.

GT1 pole belongs to Laurent Groppi's Larbre Saleen, who edged out the clear favourite- Peter Kox for Gigawave Aston Martin.

GT2 was a Felbermayr story, Porsche works driver Richard Lietz grabbing fastest lap ahead of home favourite JMW Motorsport in the hands of Gianmaria Bruni.
