We just got word from the guys at VERSUS, that for the 2009 season, they will be offering extended coverage of the IndyCar Series. Starting April 5th, VERSUS will air not only each IndyCar Series race, but will offer extended programming throughout each race week.
According to our contact, "the network will air more than 130 hours of IndyCar Series coverage throughout the season with a minimum of seven hours each week the network airs a race, the most ever during a race week. The programming will include four hour-long specials in March, additional programming in May surrounding the Indianapolis 500 and three-hour programming blocks on Mondays each race week that will feature flag-to-flag coverage of Firestone Indy Lights events and encores of IndyCar Series races. All IndyCar Series telecasts will be produced and available in HD."
A bit of good news for Indy and race fans alike, we look forward to watching the IndyCar Series on VERSUS and featuring coverage throughout the season, right here on ColdTrackDays. Additionally, our contact at VERSUS has offered us some exclusive VERSUS merchandise to give away here on CTD, so be sure and stay tuned to find out how you can get your hands on some VS branded swag! // 03.16.2009 [comments]

After watching the "change turbo car by 2012 aspirate 2011" as the Indy prestigiador've always been, I ask: WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS CHANGE? since the cars are going slow as the last season sucked ... Where are those 375, 382 km / h average by superspeedways? what is that?! These cars today are no more than 365 km / h!!
ReplyDeleteChange Design of Motor car become slow?? Sorry, but this is no longer Indy, alas!
