Sebastian Vettel, the youngest driver to win a Formula One Grand Prix, was a star long before he found himself in the Scuderia Torro-Rosso. While racing in the F3 Euroseries, Vettel was offered a chance to enter the World Series by Renault. The above video is Vettel’s debut in the series at Misano in Italy.

After qualifying fourth in the first race of the double header weekend, watch as Vettel works his way through the field, claming third after only one lap. Technical difficulties and a penalty handed the victory to Vettel, but it was his pole to checkered win in the second race of the weekend that made the papers the next morning.
