STAGE TEN HIGHLIGHTS // 2009 DAKAR RALLY

With yet another stage win for Carlos Sainz and the VW Motorsport team, it beginning to look like the German automaker will take the 2009 Dakar Rally. But don’t count Robbie Gordon out. After a fifth place finish in the ninth stage, Gordon put pedal to metal and managed a second place finish in stage ten, finishing just 21 seconds off the leader Sainz.
