ALONSO VS. KUBICA // BACK TO THEIR ROOTS

Any good race car driver knows, pressing the flesh is good for business. A pre-race publicity stunt saw Robert Kubica and Fernando Alonso take to the track in something a bit smaller. Roots in karting are ever present in the Formula One community, and when Kubica and Alonso went head to head in a pair of 125cc karts prior to last weekends Chinese GP, it was like old times. Not sure what the back drop was, as the broadcast is in Mandarin, but whatever the reason, it looks like they had a good time. Enjoy // 10.22.2008
