RACE READY // MASERATI VERSIONE CORSE

Forced into production, the Versione Corse is the homologated version of the Maserati MC12 GT1 race car from the FIA GT-Championship. FIA rules state that twelve production models, available for public consumption, must be produced. The first of the twelve is up for auction in Germany, and has already reached a staggering €1.45 million (approximately $2.25 million). A car that won the 2005 manufacturers championship and out ran the Ferrari Enzo (with 'the stig' behind the wheel) on Top Gear's hot lap, the Maserati MC12 would make a great addition to the ColdTrackDays garage.
