Porsche Panamera // Plus Two

Porsche is known for the abstract, their Cayenne having caused quite the stir, they figured why stop there. So what's with this? A four door Porsche, a stretch limo version of the 911? Well my friends, it is called the Panamera and it is here to stay. Don't tell Porsche they don't know their market. When everyone was busy rumoring about a Porsche SUV, dealerships were readying themselves for the mad dash that soon followed. Obscure is in. That may explain things like this, well maybe not, but none the less, who are we to judge. The Panamera will feature a few engine options, all of which will be accompanied with massive amounts of German styling and refinement. A 3.5Liter V6 with 300bhp is the base, a 4.8Liter V8 with 405bhp as well as the illustrious Turbo model, adding a pair to the V8 to make a solid 530bhp. Tipping the scales at just over 4,000 pounds in base model trim (six cylinder) the Panamera is no featherweight. For the more eco-conscious, a V6 optioned with a 110bhp electric motor will be available as well. Rear drive is standard, though buyers can dig a little deeper for an all-wheel drive variant.
