New Ferrari Watches // Unveiled in London

The London Motor Show is more than just cars, models and cameras, it is as much about fashion as it is the automotive scene. A fashionable car accompanies a fashionable man, well suited in every sense of the word. So, with a proper automobile comes a need for a proper time piece. ColdTrackDays is no stranger to an expensive time keeper, an unnamed staff member (hint: he nit picks, ahem, edits what I write) was once a jeweler, a job (obsession) he often digresses to, when noting the particulars of the Omega Speedmaster the guy at the cafe was wearing. All of that to say, the big news at the London Motor Show was not all cars. The release of Italian watchmaker Officine Panerai's new Ferrari inspired lineup drew a bit of interest, with show goers being exposed to fine Italian craftsmanship of another kind. Break out the gold cards gentlemen, a few of the Panerai watches will set you back roughly half the cost of that F360 Modena you just bought. Being stylish isn't cheap, but then again, neither is a Ferrari // 07.22.2008
