According to General Motors, Corvette Racing will compete in all nine ALMS events this year, as well as the 24 Hours of Le Mans in June. Competeing against 15 other GT2 entries, the Corvettes will certainly have their work cut out for them, as Porsche, BMW, Ferrari, Aston Martin, Spyker and Jaguar will all be vying for the championship.
Driving the C6.Rs will be GM’s new 5.5-liter V8 which will make its racing debut at the 12 Hours of Sebring.
