KEEPING IT SIMPLE // V.A.G. FAIR @ YORK FAIRGROUNDS

On August 8th, the annual gathering of German autos held at the York Fairgrounds in York, Pennsylvania called the V.A.G. Fair took place. The 4 Rings and 'Dubs assemble in enormous quantities causing major traffic backups throughout the surrounding roads. The cars were insanely well built and clean! Leave it to Volkswagen and Audi to uphold some of the cleanest and simplest modifications, yet have enough diversity to put astroturf on their hood.

All years, makes, and models came out of the woodwork within blocks of the show as the cascade of VR6 swapped this, and airbag equipped that, stroll into the fair all day.

The sound of blowoff valves from the turbo motors were only out-shined by the sound of airbags depleting their gas supply from a nearby car.

This show had it all; VW/Audi show cars, a swap meet, t-shirts, outdoor movie theater, numerous vendors with gift cards, and who can forget hot V-Dub chicks. It really was an incredibly fun summer day!
