The 2009 Ford Mustang Challenge headed to a a rather wet New Jersey Motorsports Park last weekend for its thrid round of competition. Northwest native Andrew Caddel lead the field and managed to capture the win for Kaufmann Racing, following a grueling 45 minute sprint race.
With a field of factory built FR500S Mustangs, the 2009 Ford Mustang Challenge is Ford's take on spec racing and provides up and coming drivers with the opportunity to pilot a high horsepower, rear drive platform in a series of races across the country.
