BMW's F1.09 will run the Spanish GP with an updated front clip, as well as the double decker diffuser. The new front clip will raise the nose of the BMW considerably, allowing for additional airflow and increased downforce.
Lewis Hamilton's MP4-24 will (finally) be equipped with the modified rear diffuser, and with any luck, the additional downforce will allow the 2008 World Champion to properly defend his title.
Here is a good look at Ferrari's modified rear diffuser. Additionally, Ferrari has introduced an entirely new chassis (F60 B) for the Spanish GP, and according to their press release, the chassis will be a few kilograms lighter then their initial F60 chassis.
Stay tuned for additional coverage of the 2009 Spanish Grand Prix!
